  • 2 tablespoon of cheese;
  • Burger buns;
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 6 eggs (medium size);
  • 2 sliced chicken sausages;
  • 1 chopped potato;
  • ½ chopped onion;
  • Butter;
  • Chopped spring onions;
  • Salt and peeper as per your taste.

Preparation Method:

Firstly, heat your pan with olive oil in it. Moreover, once the pan is hot, put and fry the potato and fry it to get golden brown color.

Secondly, put in the chicken sausages and toss them over. In addition, add some onions into the pan with salt and peeper in it.

Now, turn off the heat under the pan and transfer the contents into another one. Moreover, beat the eggs and add some milk to it as well. You can also add cheese and whisk it together.

  • Coriander leaves;
  • 2 tablespoon of mayonnaise;
  • Green chilies;
  • Olive oil;
  • Salt as per taste;
  • 4 slices of cheese;
  • A spring onion;
  • 3 slices of bread (white or brown);
  • Basil leaves;
  • Chives;
  • 4 egg whites;
  • 3 tablespoon of hot tomato ketchup.

Preparation Method:

Firstly, take a blender and make a paste of chilies, coriander, spring onions, and chives. In addition, combine mustard, mayonnaise, and tomato ketchup.

Secondly, take a third bowl in which you whisk together egg whites with a little bit of salt. Now add the first blended mixture to it.

Take a bread slice and apply sauce paste on it along with cheese slices. On top of it, place the second bread slice having sauce on it. Repeat the step for the third time and keep it for chilling for 2 to 3 minutes.
