  • All-purpose flour- One and a half cup
  • Sugar- 2 tablespoons
  • Baking Soda- 1 teaspoon

  • Melted butter- 1/4 cup


  • Take a large mixing bowl and sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar into it.
  • Sifting will make pancakes more fluffy and smooth

  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  • Add the egg mixture to the flour and make a batter. Don’t over mix it. Make sure that there are no lumps present in the batter.
  • Preheat a pan on medium flame.

Butter And Cheese Burger

Burger combined with cheese and butter is indeed a great combination. Create this beautiful combo at your home with this recipe.


  • 90% lean ground beef- 1 pound
  • Seasoned salt- as required
  • Pepper- as per your taste
  • Hamburger buns- 4
  • Butter- 2 tablespoon
  • Fresh mushrooms- ½ pound
  • Optional toppings- onion, tomato, lettuce leaves, ketchup, mustard, etc


  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on the ground beef. Finely chop the mushrooms.
  • Add mushroom to the seasoned beef and mix it lightly. Shape it into four equal and round patties. They should be half-inch thick.
  • Take a large skillet and heat two tablespoons of butter on medium heat. Add the patties and cook them for 6-8 minutes on both sides.
  • The temperature of the patties should be 160o.
  • Now remove them from the stove and add buns to the skillet.
  • Toast it until it turns golden brown.
  • Transfers the burgers to bun bottoms and top them with a spoon of butter and cheese. Replace it with the top bun.
  • Serve them with the toppings.

Chocolate Cake

  • Softened butter
  • Packed brown sugar- 3 cups
  • Eggs- 4
  • Cocoa- ¾ cup
  • All-purpose flour- 2-2/3 cups
  • Vanilla extract- 2 teaspoons
  • Salt- ½ teaspoon
  • Sour cream- 1-1/3 cups
  • Boiling water- 1-1/3 cups

For Frosting

  • Cubed butter-1/2 cup
  • Unsweetened chocolate- 3 ounces
  • Semisweet chocolate- 3 ounces
  • Confectioners’ Sugar-5 cups
  • Vanilla extract- 2 teaspoons
  • Sour cream- 1 cup


  • Preheat the oven at 350o temperature.
  • Grease three 9 inches pans with butter.
  • Take a large bowl and add brown sugar, cream butter to it. Add eggs and beat the mixture, and add vanilla too.
  • In another bowl, add whisk flour, baking salt, soda, and cocoa. Add this to the cream mixture. Now, add the sour cream and keep on beating the mixture. 
  • Transfer it to the prepared pans and bake them until the toothpick inserted at the center comes clean. It will take 30-35 minutes.
  • Keep the cake to cool for ten minutes.
  • For the frosting, melt the butter and chocolates in a metal bowl over boiling water. Leave it for cooling.
  • Combine the confectioners, sour cream, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and add the chocolate mixture to it. Now, apply this to the cake until it gets a smooth layer. Apply to frost between the layers too.
