Tomato Egg Sandwich

Ingredients: Whole wheat muffin, toasted.
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 thick tomatoes, sliced
Two large eggs, poached
Two thin slice cheese
Salt and crushed pepper
Place a slice of tomato on a toasted muffin.
Then spread a poached egg over it and a layer of cheese.
Now sprinkle salt and crushed pepper as per taste.
Your sandwich is ready to serve with a glass of milk or a shake. It will help in fulfilling the tummy of your kid will lot of nutrient. Sandwich is usually the kids’ favourite breakfast when it comes to a weekend or some holiday. 1 large egg
4 bread slices
2 teaspoon oil
Pinch of chilli powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
Salt as required
Split an egg in a plate.
Add the spices into it like, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder.
Beat it till it mixes well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take a bread slice and dip it into the mixture from both the ends.
Now, gently place the bread slice into the pan.
Once it is softened and cooked turn it to another side.
Put it on low flame, making sure the lower side does not get burn.
Now, take out the bread with a spatula and serve it with tomato sauce.

Cheese Omelette With Bread

Two large eggs
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped capsicum
Pinch of salt
Pinch of crushed pepper
½ cup grated cheese.
1 tsp milk
1 tsp oil
Split eggs in a large bowl.
Add chopped onions, capsicum into it.
Then add salt, and crushed pepper into it.
Now, pour 1 tsp milk into it.
Beat it gently till it seems to be fluffy and perfectly mixed.
Now, place a pan on low heat flame.
Pour 1 tsp oil on a pan.
Now, pour the mixture onto the pan.
Make sure you let it cook on low flame.
Once, the lower side it cooked, gently turn it to another side.
Now, increase the heat flame.
Once it is cooked from both the sides, place the grated cheese on the half omelette and fold it gently.
Let it be in the pan for a few seconds so that the cheese inside the omelette melts.
Now serve this omelette with toasted bread and a glass of milk. It is considered to be the healthiest breakfast as it includes an egg and milk which is beneficial for kids. One egg should be given to kids daily for their better immunity.
